Joe Pollack has been a writer more than a half century and has dabbled in radio and television. He was a p.r. man in the National Football League, and theater, movie and restaurant critic for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch more than 20 years while serving as the St. Louis agent for several national and regional publications. Ann Lemons Pollack fell into food writing by accident. She's written about cooking, eating, shopping, travel and dining out for St. Louis Magazine, the Post-Dispatch and several other regional publications.
Together, they have written "Beyond Toasted Ravioli", "Beyond Gooey Butter Cake" and, most recently, "The Great St. Louis Eats Book."
